Notice of Meeting The 2026 Annual General Meeting of the Russell Boating Club will take place on Sunday 14th of June at 16:00 hours.
The Annual General Meeting will include:
Commodore’s annual report
Treasurer's Statement of Accounts
Election of Club Officers, members of the General Committee and Patron.
Election of Life and Honorary Members.
Review of any motions that have been properly submitted to the Secretary.
General business.
Guest speaker.
The meeting’s agenda and other key documents will be emailed to members and made available on the club’s website two weeks prior to the meeting.
All members are strongly encouraged to attend the meeting. The quorum for the meeting is 15% of voting members. Eligible voters include Life, Full, Family Full and members who fall within the transitional categories.
